Much to my surprise, I found this on the Radnor website, in the agenda packet for February 8th, concerning the Willows Cottage. Check out pg. 34 of the .pdf below.

I'm really, really troubled by this.

1) The conservancy wants use of the cottage for two, five year terms. Is this even legal?
2) Products other than the produce grown at the CSA would be allowed to be sold there.
3) The signatory is for John Nagle and John Fischer, Conservancy.
4) The farmer language is there, on section 3a, allowing the farmer and any intern to live there.
