Lot 9

Tags:

There was a thread going with the title More Videos of Radnor Commissioners' Meetings Past. I think that a thread just on Lot 9 could promote more discussion.
So for the posters from the other thread..
Tell me what you know about Lot 9, how big, topography, how many homes, other physical features, etc.
For folks who haven't been intimate with the topic: Lot 9 was part of a former estate that had been given to U of P. As fine Stewards they sold it to a developer who tore down the old Mansion, sub-divided the property into 8, 1.5 (approx) acre building lots with the remainder being Lot 9. Thus Montparnasse was born and the homes were built and sold. This occurred around 1998, I believe.

Meeting of the Radnor Community Preservation Coalition

On Tuesday night RCPC held a meeting at the Township Building. I believe there were about 60 folks in attendance. The meeting was mostly an update although there was also an update for some of the attendees who had not been at the previous meeting. Included was a brief history of RCPC and how it came to be.

Election is behind us, let's move on

Tags:

Well, another election has passed us by and it is time to move on. So much to do, so much to do. Radnor Dems didn't do as badly as the press would make you believe. There were 7 open seats. If you consider that Hank's was unchallenged then there were only 6 races and we won 3 and came darn close in one other. Closer than most people know, I might add.

Next year there will be many more races to help with and I will be out there helping.
