Is this irresponsible and potentially greedy development in an area with serious parking issues, impervious surface issues, etc? How many homes TOTAL are we talkin' if we're talkin' twins? Where will people park? What about storm water management? What about impervious surface? What's wrong with fixing up what is there? What about a real estate market where stuff is selling? This proposed development will be just a hop skip and a jump away from a bonified eye sore (which apparently no one would mind if THAT got fixed up or plowed under - and it has room for parking!): Start: 9:54 pm
Will this be another bad plan proposed for Ardmore, or will it be redeeming? Sigh....it was not so long ago that we were talking nothing but Cricket Ave....that was 130 Cricket (which we guess is still in court?) and now we're talking 106 Cricket or Stuard Funeral Home.
