look at these gas prices in paThere is no hardship, this IS a chronically problematic intersection (and interestingly enough the inspiration for the current poor intersection configuration at Haverford Station Rd. and Lancaster comes from this intersection at Woodside and Montgomery), there is a Wawa within spitting distance and just beyond that on Lancaster, we already have a car wash in Ardmore. We have a car was in Bryn Mawr too. We don't need another car wash, let alone in a space where it totally won't fit, nor is it appropriate for a residential neighborhood. Tell this property owner if gas is too expensive and his profits are down that it is Exxon's issue, NOT OURS! This is another bad plan for Ardmore and here are the details on the meeting:

If wishes were horses then beggers would ride.......well maybe not in Lower Merion...in Lower Merion we've developed pretty much every square inch where horses could exist, so it might be if wishes were SUVs then beggers would ride? (Nahh...us little people are just meant to get run over by the SUVs when their owners are too busy talking on the cellies and texting to stop at stop signs.......)

Tick, tock! Tick, tock! The Radnor Planning Commission passed the buck on 236 N. Aberdeen Ave in North Wayne on May 5th. Radnor Twp Board of Commissioners are doing what? Channeling their inner ostriches? They discussed 236 N. Aberdeen on what? May 12th? But that was caucus not a decision, so are they going to try to ignore this issue into approval? And that would be happening when precisely? One would think that the commissioner for this ward would take a stand for his constituency and say NO, right?

ONLY IF RESIDENTS ALLOW IT! Please do NOT allow it! Turn out! Speak up! Dermand a NO vote on 236 North Aberdeen Ave!

Between the history of the home (Jonathan Lengel was also responsible for building the famous log cabin at Eastern), as discussed here and here, there is also neighborhood density and serious storm water issues to be considered, correct?
