If this is true, it will mean another 30+ new apartments across from Surburban Square, at the corner of St. George's Road and Montgomery Avenue. There's a Main Line Times article on it today. Identity of purchaser is being withheld during the due diligence period.

That was quick. A few weeks ago I was driving by on Montgomery Ave and saw two -- what looked like -- teenagers earning a few extra $$ putting up a for sale sign for the commercial re broker.
