107 Ardmore Ave? - another huge Victorian not in bad shape with a big lot? It's across from library. People queried this project and received a response a resale certification had been obtained but the property has not been sold, so does that mean it will be soon? Could this be another condo site?

It's getting a bit like where's waldo.... every time you turn around ANOTHER Ardmore Victorian is at risk. Why? Most are R6A and have large lots and are relatively cheap comparitively speaking. This is another property owned by someone who doesn't live in the property - this property record indicates an out of state owner
Hmmmm....
Speaking of hmmmm.....All Natural Appears to be going out of business. Think that deplorable looking building at 30 east lancaster ave will get a face lift now? Why doesn't it revert to historic facade just like the Pennywise is currently doing? That building is a bit blighted, don't you think?
