The next SAC meeting will be this Thursday, November 17th at 7 PM. The agenda will be, "Where do we go from here? Assessing our goals as we approach SAC's first anniversary". We will look at both the political front and legal fronts. We will clarify our goals for 2006 and talk about upcoming issues with Ardmore's Redevelopment.

We are also pleased to report that SAC impacted the Lower Merion Township elections. 4 out of the 7 candidate elects have signed the pledge to oppose implementation of Plan B and not to use eminent domain.

One last thing, we'd like to ask that you call our State Senator, Connie Williams (610-992-9790) to register your displeasure with her recent withdrawl of her sponsorship of Senate Bill 881, which would restrict the abuse of eminent domain in Pennsylvania. Urge her to reconsider this action and to re-sponsor the bill and then vote for it.
