Once again something fabulous occurs in Ardmore....and none of it can be attributed to Lower Merion Township itself. This is all about organic growth. And independent small businesses.

The Hooters returned to their Ardmore roots for the opening weekend of Ardmore Music Hall. Ardmore now has a music venue that is amazing. And it is back to where it all began. We knew it originally as the 23 East Cabaret. Now in 2013, it has be re-born as Ardmore Music Hall.

Last night saw something very exciting for Philadelphia area music lovers: the Hooters returned to Ardmore.

People came in from all over the Delaware Valley, New Jersey, Delaware and beyond.

Here also is a video about the Cricket Lot. Maybe it is time for Lower Merion to stop and think about not giving away all the parking in Ardmore to a private developer. This past Friday and Saturday are a clear reason why Lower Merion needs to provide more public parking, not give land away to developers to build more apartments.
