Hey Bryn Mawr, want a side of TRID with that development? Do you want to run the risk of eminent domain in your town?

Bryn Mawr, are you awake, or did the hospital take it ALL out of you?

Commissioners roll their eyes when SAC mentions TRID, but have you all read the act, or does everyone depend upon interpretation by others? We are not being impertinent. Bryn Mawr, you really need to read it. Other towns too, because TRID is a state thing with an eminent domain loophole. Transit Revitilization Investment Districts....

If you allow Lower Merion to open the door to TRID, the township will ultimately regret it and so will Bryn Mawr. The railroads do not need an extra trigger for eminent domain. If you all do not do anything and TRID is enacted and the railroad exercises eminent domain, it will be Ardmore all over again. Only worse.

SAC doesn't like TRID, and neither should any of you.
