Hmmmmm, why is that Sparango name so familiar? And well, how many off campus homes for students do we need? Shouldn't institutions like Villanova (and this is the closest applicable institution) be more responsible for their own population?

Fyi, the owner, Ben Sparango, owner of the property on County Line Road petitioning for Student House status, was the fine fellow who purchased the contiguous properties at 15 West Spring and 125, 127, and 129 Ardmore Ave. from Philip Ettelson last November for a total of $850K last November...

Go drive by those homes in Ardmore. Go drive by.
