We have been talking forever about pedestrian safety in general in our Township and specifically at this intersection. Now we have a chance to actually have some kind of traffic calming or pedestrian safety island installed at Coulter and Anderson and the "applicant" doesn't want to do it. I say be a good neighbor and do what you agreed to do. Its good for you, your shoppers, and everyone in general.

The applicant seeks a waiver of a condition of approval imposed on the construction of the Urban Outfitters and Apple/Blue Tulip buildings that required the installation of raised median islands at the intersections of Coulter Avenue and Anderson Avenue, Coulter Avenue and St James Place, and Coulter Avenue and East Lot Lane.
