A source tells us that a big box store might be looking at a location in Wayne PA? As in BestBuy looking to locate a smaller store close to the heart of downtown Wayne? Is that fact or fiction? Will those pricey condos behind the LandRover look over to a BestBuy? Wow, if a public storage facility goes on Pennsylvania Ave and this goes nearby, what good is municipal master planning? What's next? WalMart? How divine!
