Pennsyltucky ain't got nothing on us educated and refined (?) folk from Montgomery County.....
Now this blogger we dicovered has his First Amendment Rights, and we aren't disputing that. We are curious as to motivation here...we are also curious as to why he thought the candidate for state senate from Delco should have been included in the Montco endorsement process the other night? Dang, doesn't Delco have the ability to do their own endorsements? Is Lance Rogers paying for the fact that so many in Montco are at odds with party leadership under the helm of Ken Davis?
Ok check this out:

"The Process Doesn’t Seem Legitimate"...
...was what John Durante said during his speech on Monday night.
The endorsement for the 17th Senatorial District...was the fix already in?
....Some of the events leading up to and occurring last night were:
Ken Davis left the Sheriff a voicemail over the weekend berating him for mailing to Delco committee members and inviting them to the endorsement meeting. In this voicemail, he stated that neither Delco committee members nor Lisa Paolino would be allowed to enter the building.
The ballots featured only Durante and Rogers, and not Lisa Paolino. It was announced that she informed Ken and Tom Judge that she is running no matter what, but Ken decided to not consider her for endorsement.
Ken announced that the Delaware County contingent was not invited to the meeting and would not be participating in the evening’s vote. He said Tom Judge informed him that they are having their own meeting later where they will vote on endorsement. However, he added, that there would be no split endorsement - Delaware County committee members would vote for the same person that won in Montco. This makes Ken Davis either a mind reader (Holy Kreskin, Batman)...
Writemarsh: Durante Bows Out Of Race
By MARGARET GIBBONS , Times Herald Staff
COURTHOUSE — Claiming the endorsement was “hijacked,” Montgomery County Sheriff John P. Durante is dropping out of the Republican contest for the 17th District state Senate seat.
Durante’s decision comes on the heels of Monday night’s endorsement vote of 112-57 by Republican municipal committee members in favor of Lower Merion Commissioner Lance Rogers’ candidacy for the seat.
“Although I feel the endorsement was hijacked, I am a long-time Republican and team player and have decided to just get out of the race,” said Durante, who last year was elected to a third four-year term as county sheriff.
“I have received a lot of calls from people who want me to stay in the race so a real Republican can win the election,” said Durante, a 58-year-old Conshohocken resident.
