CONTACT Greater Philadelphia is a telephone-support, crisis-intervention and suicide hotline service proving assistance to callers in need in the Greater Philadelphia area. Calls to CONTACT are answered by fully trained volunteers.

CONTACT also operates CONTACT Reassurance, a service that pairs specifically trained volunteers with senior citizens or disabled persons who live alone. After an initial home visit/assessment, a designated volunteer provides support and wellness checks on a 365-day-a-year basis.
