Changes by David Bowie

"Ch-ch-ch-ch-Changes
(Turn and face the strain)
Ch-ch-Changes
Don't want to be a richer man
Ch-ch-ch-ch-Changes
(Turn and face the strain)
Ch-ch-Changes
Just gonna have to be a different man
Time may change me
But I can't trace time

.....Strange fascination, fascinating me
Changes are taking the pace I'm going through

Ch-ch-ch-ch-Changes
(Turn and face the strain)
Ch-ch-Changes
Oh, look out you rock 'n rollers
Ch-ch-ch-ch-Changes
(Turn and face the strain)
Ch-ch-Changes
Pretty soon you're gonna get a little older
Time may change me
But I can't trace time
I said that time may change me
But I can't trace time"

Main Line Life has done the citizens of the Pennsylvania 17th Senatorial District a huge favor and vetted the candidates. There are three profiles in this week's newspaper.

We would love to see one candidate do more than whine and send out press releases announcing triviality like they are the first to make a commercial, right? That would be that ad with "change" running across the screen like the candidate is Barack Obama'second cousin twice removed, right? Or how much money they have raised? How does that make one candidate more qualified than another? Where's Joan Rivers and Jon Stewart and Bill Maher when you need them?

And what is the deal with two candidates trying to jump on the Obama bandwagon? Duh, we all know change is coming because it's an election year and there are seats open, right? And what of the abuse of the word diverse? How about some diversity in political rhetoric? And experience? Another good buzz word that is as tired as well....nevermind.... We could go on, but we won't. Read the articles yourselves.

And oh by the way, people are entitled to have an opinion on elections...it falls under that pesky First Amendment.
