We received an e-mail from one of our friends fighting eminent domain in NJ. We are republishing her words and her request. Please show her support if you are able:

Dear All,
My husband, Lt Col George A. Gallenthin, III, is in Iraq doing his part for our country's number one priority. Meanwhile, Gloucester County Improvement Authority (GCIA) is again attempting eminent domain of his 63 acres in Paulsboro Gloucester County New Jersey.

FACT 1: GCIA funded Paulsboro's redevelopment attack, and when George challenged their unconsitutional redevelopment designation, NJSC unanimously agreed with him June 2007. Many NJ property owners no longer face threat of eminent domain following Gallenthin.

FACT 2: During Gallenthin's NJSC appeal, George's former divorce attorney, now a State Superior Court Judge granted GCIA access to George's entire 63-acres. Soon after her immediate unrestricted access Order, her engineer spouse bid on Gloucester County's $16 Million contract for Mantua Creek bridge/access road being sited where URS Engineers' Phase I and URS/Triad's Phase II determined it could not be sited, i.e., Gallenthin's 63-acres.

WHAT WHEN WHERE:
GCIA v Gallenthin
1 p.m. Friday, March 28, 2008
Gloucester County (grand olde) Courthouse
Broad Street and Delaware Avenues
Woodbury, Gloucester County, NJ

Will you join me in court 1 p.m. Friday, March 28, 2008 before George's former divorce attorney and Mr. Colangelo's spouse to support my husband while he's in Iraq?

Thank you.
Cyndy Gallenthin
Lt Col George A. Gallenthin, III's devoted wife
