This is the night where Bryn Mawr meets her fate. Do you love this village? Then make your voice heard on the topic. And before Bryn Mawr is recreated, remember what one neighborhood on Central Avenue was like once upon a time:

Approximately 7:30 p.m.

at the Township Administration Building

75 E. Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore

If adopted, the current zoning regulations will be changed to the Bryn Mawr Village District. The boundaries of the District generally include from Lee Avenue to Norwood Avenue and extend back from Lancaster Avenue. The Township will also accept public input on a proposal to rezone properties on Floyd Terrace, Franklin Ave, Markee Terrace, Roberts Road, Sargent Ave and N. Warner Ave from C-2 Commercial to R-6 Residential. A second public hearing will be held in May.
