Well, we have noticed that in addition to our coverage of 236 N. Aberdeen Avenue in North Wayne, The Radnor Community Preservation Coalition has taken an interest, and now we also have the reasonable thoughts from Round Radnor:

So, we thought we'd point out with a couple of photos, the pre-existing density as well as the creek that would be affected - yes there are storm water, steep slopes, and other legitimate concerns. Just because this plan may be all or partially be "by right", doesn't mean it's right. Neighbors need to turn it out. Is it time to send a message to speculative real estate developers along the Main Line? is it time to tell them they need to consider the people there FIRST, not just their profit margins?
