There will be a 7:00 PM meeting at Household of Faith Deliverance Church (Athens and Linwood) to update the community regarding the proposed apartment complex at 106 Cricket Ave.

The goal of this meeting is to share and discuss specific community concerns with the developer.

Partial list of concerns (some have been previously shared with the developer):

Building Size/Scale/ Density
Scale of the building in relation to the surrounding buildings
Impact on sunlight, wind, shade, noise acoustics to the adjoining properties
Security lighting impact to the surrounding buildings
Roof profile
Sight lines down Cricket Ave
number, size of all units
number, size, and location of affordable housing units
Fire dept/emergency access to School Ln side of the building
Traffic Impact
Deliveries - size of vehicles, timing
Tenant moving in/out
Rush hour congestion: Ardmore & Lancaster, School & Ardmore, School & Cricket, Cricket & E Spring
School bus stop at School & Cricket
Entry/exit safety to pedestrians on Cricket
Traffic pattern in/out of garage onto Cricket
John Henry entrance proximity to garage
Increase demand for public parking
Polling place 4-2 (St Mary's Church)
Heavy foot traffic to US Post Office, library, playground
Construction/Management
Construction staging (equipment/material/vendor)
Construction timing, noise, debris
Fair access for local, veteran, women, and minority owned firms
Preferences for local, veteran, women, and minority owned firms
