UPDATE! Well, apparently, you can't smoke on Lower Merion Township owned property, but you CAN take a nap. Check out this photo from the same day as the "no smoking" photo. Can you imagine just HOW relaxed or oblivious one must be to take a nap on Ludington Library's lawn along Lancaster Avenue in Bryn Mawr? This was definitely a photo op!

PREVIOUSLY: All hail the Welcome Wagon! So check out the paper sign taped to a public bench in Bryn Mawr outside Ludington Library (also nice to know how our taxpayer dollars are being spent and wonder what they have to say about those occasional homeless seemong people that pop up in this location?)...too bad the signmakers can't be as proactive with the Graffiti clean up that is needed next to the Bejing Inn, or even tackling Bejing Inn's gross looking building:
