Honestly, the best news of the morning wasn't the fact that people actually say "recession" out loud ...but here on the Main Line we'll have none of that, will we? No one is defaulting on mortagages round these parts, right? (Actually not true, Sheriffs' Sales and tax sales abound.) Here in Never Never Land all our weird small banks aren't breaking a sweat (even if we should because some of our Main Line towns would look like a ghost town if any of those weird small banks went belly up), and Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Indy Mac are problems for everyone else, right?
