TOWNSHIP OF LOWER MERION
UNIFORM CONSTRUCTION CODE APPEALS BOARD

Notice is hereby given that the UCC Appeals Board of Lower Merion Township will hold a public meeting as required by the Lower Merion Code in the second floor Caucus Room of the Township Administration Building, 75 East Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore, PA. on Thursday, July 24, 2008, at 5:00 p.m., at which time there will be a hearing on the following case:

Appeal No. 5

Applicant: Main Line Health Real Estate, LP and Main Line Hospitals, Inc
Property: 125 S Bryn Mawr Avenue, Bryn Mawr, PA
(Election District #10).

The applicants are appealing the issuance of a building permit for a new parking structure at the above location which contained a statement reading: “This permit requires the installation of window frames in the parking structure to comply with the Land Development Conditions of Approval”. The applicants contend that the Building Code Official (BCO) acted outside the scope of his authority and furthermore, improperly and incorrectly interpreted the Land Development Condition of Approval.
