So, after the Conshohocken Fire, will Lower Merion Township take any additional precautions with these projects for Rock Hill Road? Or will it be business as usual in Lower Merion Township? And what of this project in Ardmore? Isn't this the one that got bounced before due to something about fire trucks needing more room?
I encourage citizens to attend and comment at this meeting.

Construction of a five-story building with 33 market rate condominiums and the renovation of an existing building with 14 apartments which will be restricted for affordable housing. A parking area containing 33 spaces is proposed beneath the new building.
PRELIMINARY LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN
131 & 151 Rock Hill Road, Bala Cynwyd, LD# 3614, Ward 3.
Construction of a five-story, 332-unit apartment building with 498 surface and below-grade parking spaces. Also proposed is the realignment and widening of Rock Hill Road. An underground portion of Gulley Run is proposed to be relocated and improved to accommodate the proposed buildings.
