I will preface what I am about to say with a very clear statement: This is not an endorsement of one politician over another. This is simply promoting a good idea I read on PA WaterCooler this morning.

And it's all about ethics. I think we need ethics reform in Harrisburg. For example, the shocking behavior of Rep. Art Hershey (Chester County) and his merry band of dog haters over puppy mill reforms? What is ethically or morally right about their behavior?

But hey there, how about an ethics board for Lower Merion Township as well? Radnor Township has one. It's not a bad idea, it's a safeguard against bad behavior, right? So that makes it a best practice, right?
