It was announced at the Ardmore Ad Hoc Meeting of September 25th 2008 that there will be a public hearing October 7th at the BOC meeting to decide if there will be a public hearing to approve Suburban Square's re-zoning.

If Suburban Square, now owned by Kimco, gets this approval they will be able to supersize North Ardmore on the Ruby's lot.

Now is not the time to be shy, please take the time to turn out and tell the Board of Commissioners how you feel about this.

Please note that the Lower Merion Township Board of Commissioners CAN say no to this. But if you want them to say no, the room has to be packed just like the Merion Community Coalition has done over St. Joe's lately.

Please take the time to make the time to attend this meeting. Especially if you live near Suburban Square. Like the car wash that was proposed for Woodside and Montgomery, this is another plan fraught with potential problems.
