Learning all About Our Main Line Neighbor Kimco

I heard last night from a friend that in November there will be a public hearing after all on whether or not Kimco will be allowed to re-zone the Ruby's Lot, also known as the "West Lot" - see LMT PDF on the topic.

So anyway, friends in NYC perceive Kimco as a big goliath in areas like Harlem and Brooklyn...something about that dratted Ratner plan and a historic stretch of Harlem?

I thought it might be helpful to surf the web and learn about our neighbors. Here is what is publicly available to read - I am sure it's not everything, but it is a start:
