We love our crafty word ability here at SAC, which is why we had SO much fun creating our new tag line for our holiday ad to support Ardmore merchants which is currently running in Main Line Life. Anyway, imitation being the sincerest form of flattery, much to our delight we discovered when some of us received our Philly.com e-mail deals that an ad for Ardmore featured our tag line for 2008!!!! Is that cool or what? AI has a famous ad man on it's board, yet it's our super cool line "Discover MORE in Ardmore" tag line that makes the grade?! We are so excited we could help! Happy Holidays SAC Fans! Please discover MORE in Ardmore....you'll be glad you did! Don't forget First Friday Main Line is THIS Friday December 5th, 2008! Show your Ardmore spirit and attend the Ardmore Initiatives fantabulous festivities and Santa sighting in Ardmore at 6 p.m. at Schauffele Plaza to check out the holiday tree and dreidel lighting and to sing festive holiday tunes with students from Regina Angelorum Academy!!!! And if you can't make 6 p.m., Santa will be presiding over holiday tree festivities in Bryn Mawr at 7 PM, in front of the Community Centerat Ludington Library.! Your Ho Ho Ho holidays (and ours) begin in Ardmore!!!

What gives in Ward 14 politics with Commissioner Rodgers? Apparently the lad changes his decision of whether or not he'll run for re-election as often as he changes his party affiliation. So the deadline has passed and he hasn't filed. Does that mean he thinks he can run as an I again?? Or does that mean he thinks he can with in the 6th in 2010? Victory seems plausible in neither. Another interesting tidbit is that his very own committeemen have no idea what's up. Our local R party, hard at coming unraveled.
