Lower Merion style - i.e. public hearing and ordinance passing in same night. Radnor residents..trust a Lower Merion resident on this one - you do NOT want the precendence of blow-by ordinances. Why can't the BILLBOARDS (call 'em what they are) be on the Blue Route? if not the Blue Route, why not the 5th Ward, specifically by the R100 Septa Tracks behind Bryn Mawr Hospital's buildings on Glenbrook? They will be seen by tons of Septa riders and no one else because the land dips low. And at Five Points there already is a tarp-like billboard - attached flush to the drycleaner's wall at Old Railroad where the teeny rowhouses begin - and that sign has been there for years - don't know if it's HT or LMT or if it is even legal. MAY 26th is the meeting date? - it would be nice if SCRUB showed up, wouldn't it?
