Hey kids, could we stop and focus on billboards for a moment? And Radnor pals? Lest you ALL forget, Radnor is going to try to shove billboard zoning in Little Chicago?

(North Wayne to some who do not know the nickname)- I saw a notice that was sent to Haverford Township by Radnor around May 4th, stating at 7 pm on May 26th in Radnor this would be vetted in Public Hearing , only here it is Thursday night, eve of holiday weekend and there is NOT YET A RADNOR BOC AGENDA POSTED FOR THE MAY 26th MEETING?

So anyway, Radnorites, I hope you will encourage that carpetbagging solicitor from Bucks County to get to know Radnor Township before he starts on zoning?

And if you could ask these people why they can't post anything in a reasonable amount of time that would be terrific.

Not that I expect staff to do what they are supposed to do since now another school years has come to an end and there is still an illegal student rental in North Wayne and problematic student rentals at the very least in Garrett Hill. But I bet Bob Loeper has a heck of a man tan already, right? Say, where does he live, anyway? Heard it was pretty far away? Does he have a take home car and free gas? Did he ever get spanked for the West Wayne house that oops came down like magic? He darn well should have. That house was in a historic district.

So...hmmmmm. Radnor FINALLY posted their meeting agenda for
Monday May 26th.

See item 5:

5. Public hearing re: off premises signs

Here is my prediction: no one from Radnor will give a crap. No one from North Wayne knows about it. They will get shoved there and the carpetbagger from Bucks County will be happy because he doesn't have to do much work....other than correct people that they aren't billboards but "off premises" signs.
