Bingo. Dan has always struck me as a guy who would use a cannon to kill a housefly. That's not a bad thing - in fact, I think it's highly effective.
Parker (who I haven't seen posting on here) is more cerebral and more surgical - in comparison to Sledgehammer Dan. They make an interesting pair.
'mild and gentle as the morning dew'? more like "mild and gentle as a morning blast of pepper spray'.
please try to be bombastic during the hearing and post the transcript - and its okay if you get held in contempt - ill have my wife bake you a cake with a hacksaw in the middle!
Will do. Alas, they do not allow video recording in Pennsylvania's courtrooms.
RL,
What transpired on the 4th in Court? Anything interesting?
i hope dan tore the other side to pieces. he is very relentless.
Both sides presented, and the Court is expected to issue a ruling within the next one to two weeks.
As soon as we get a copy of the transcript, I will attempt to post (or, more than likely, I'll EMAIL it to Doug or Carla, and ask them how to post).

i wonder how much leeway the judge will give dan and parker sherry. those dudes are like bulls in china shops.
