The Republicans doing their job in exposing Democrat's subversion of open and transparent government.
What reason is not to have these discussions in public recorded on video?
Jenny Brown is a leader.
The public interest in improving the quality of US government at every level, by learning from experience for example, is undercut by all partisans who continue to invoke the "time-honored" tactic of wholesale indictment of the motives of all members of the other party, as exemplified by statements like:
"The Republicans doing their job in exposing Democrat's subversion
of open and transparent government."
The point seems so rudimentary and widely-illustrated during the present era in the American "experiment" as to not require repetition.
Great letter.
This is just common sense good government of, by and for the People.
As usual, I am disappointed to see this as a partisan issue. I also don't like to make these things Republicans vs. Democrats. I have posted before that there is no doubt in my mind that if Republicans had the majority they would be wearing the other shoe and Democrats would be clamoring for more open government. Power corrupts, and it just happens to be the Democrats who have it right now. Human nature being what it is, and politics being what they are, if the Republicans had the power I believe we would have the same problem with the parties switched.
That being said, it will be curious to see if any Democrats will voice support of this letter. We already know where BOC Pres. and V.P. Bruce Reed and Mark Taylor stand. We already know where Township Solicitor Gil High stands. How about the rest of the Democrats on the board? I will be speaking up specifically about Reed and Taylor in the next township meeting. It will be a topic that commissioners could end up looking really bad on depending on what side they take. My topic will also be about good government.
We already know that Reed and Taylor have let the power go to their heads. They are obviously compensating for something. They could also care less about government having to obey the law on a whole slew of issues.
How about the rest of the Democrats on the board?

Thumbs up on this!!! It's not a partisan issue at all.

ROFL!
I just noticed somebody used the tag above The Right Honorable Magnificence of Nobles Bruce Reed.
Good memory from 8 months ago!
