Once again the Main Line Times comes through - they've started posting documents from the formerly sealed exhibits: One can definitely say from these 4 that Pat Guinnae, Scott Schafer and "Group-Cabinet" were all actively considering 'minority student assignments' as far back as April 2008. Thank you MLT for proactively going to get these and publish them. |

If 5-83 go like 1-4, with racial assignments, distribution and/or balancing being mentioned in every exhibit over a period of time from a variety of different document types and different administrators/school board members, I'd say strict scrutiny is a foregone conclusion in regards to intentionally targeting race and LMSD is toast in this lawsuit.
It would also demonstrate that the citizens of Lower Merion have been told a whole slew of pathological lies by LMSD when this litigation first came about and all the way through the recent motion for summary judgment that LMSD lost.
Why didn't they just settle? What is wrong with the boneheads at LMSD? The arrogance and idiocy is at mind numbing proportions.
I'm very curious to see who else was involved in all the emails listed in the rest of the exhibits.

I think the answer to why they didn't settle is probably the same as the answer to why webcamgate even got started: ARROGANCE.
