Wow, Diane Ebril did a masterful job of getting them to fess up to their conflicts of interest! 6 story buildings and parking garages abutting residential neighborhoods throughout Radnor? No way.
Radnor Government at it finest. Do any of these people understand ethics and conflicts of interest. One member mentioned the Wayne Master Plan but that was as screwed up process as the SOP of the BOC, Zoning, Planning, IC boards for years. Another said when his conflict comes to a vote he would not vote but sees no issue with him working with the board on making the rules.
It seems like a conflict of interest is a requirement in Radnor.
I mentioned this meeting to an insurance person and he could not believe Radnor has not learned from their past mistakes. He also could not see why citizens have not sued the BOC members for negligence when Bashore was manager.
hamncheez~ You raise some good points, I sure don't have the answers.

BTW, you can post all 4 videos on a single blog post if you like.
