People, it's that time of year again! First Friday Main Line in October means it's Happy Howl-o-Ween! We want you to start planning your pooch's costume now because this year the entrance fee will be waived - we still hope you throw a little something into the First Friday Main Line tip jar, but in the spirit of Halloween fun, you got it - it's FREE to enter the dress up your dog contest and you STILL get to compete for GREAT prizes! In addition to the dress up your dog will be fabulous music AND a GIANT pumpkin carving contest between professional carvers! Our featured charity will be a fabulous local animal rescue. So save the date and plan ahead to make it a night in Ardmore on Friday October 1st! Please note that there are a lot of dogs every year, and if you are not sure how your dog will be in a crowd, we suggest you try them out ahead of time in a crowded setting - in addition all dogs for this event must be leashed at all times because we are out on a public street when they strut the red carpet! (yes...there IS a red carpet!) We will update this event listing as we firm up the times and event night line up! In the musicalness of it all for October, schedules permitting, it is looking like area favorite Dennis Selfridge will be our headlining music act in October. Dennis is and always will be part of the heart of Ardmore! As always we appreciate your support at First Friday Main Line - we are a people driven event and run on people power (well except in October when it all goes to the dogs!) So....
