130 Cricket - why does this need to come down? Many years ago and several development projects far, far away there was a development plan that really set the teeth of many on edge . There were meetings, the meetings had meetings and oh boy was it covered in the media and on this website. (Meetings with SW Land Associates , Cricket Ave Ardmore: The Road To Good Intentions Paved With BAD Plans? , DENIED! 130 Cricket Avenue Safe...for now , Update on Ardmore's Latest Headache....and more , just to name a few of the posts I could find in a jiffy) Anyway, the long and short of it is it seems that Montgomery County has UPHELD the Lower Merion Township Zoning Hearing Board's DENIAL of this plan. Will there be another appeal? Who knows. I love it when I read phrases like:

"Appellent's plans were inadequate to prove compliance"

Here is both recent Montco decision and old ZHB decision. Cricket Ave residents should be proud of their hard work and persistence here.
