Please watch this video and listen to my friend Ben Breskman's son Will speak. This family suffered an unimaginable loss in May 2007, when Brian, Will's older brother and Ben's first born was electrocuted by the third rail of the Septa R100 behind the 7-Eleven in Bryn Mawr in Radnor Twp. To this day, Septa does not in many opinions, mine included, have adequate rail safety along the R100 and commuter rail lines. One of the posts which previously discussed the Breskman family's loss is found HERE |

The rail line is safe. This type of thing doesn't happen every day. Not to make light of a young man's death, but short of a twenty foot tall fence lining both sides of the entire corridor, what could SEPTA have done, or can they do, to prevent such an event?

Let me know if we have to bring Ben back to a Haverford Township meeting to bring awareness to the lack of effort SEPTA has made to make this rail line safer.
