(no hearing necessary). APPEAL #2857 The Applicant, the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, located at 270-276 S. Bryn Mawr Ave, Bryn Mawr, Pa., 19010, and is zoned PI, requests a Special Exception pursuant to Section 280-68 of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a "home for the indigent or the handicapped." Lancaster Ave, Wayne, Pa., 19087, and is zoned R-5, seeks to install in the rear of the two buildings an enclosed one-story connector between the two buildings in which she operates her business, Harmonia Spa. The addition will violate the side yard setback between the two properties. Applicant seeks a variance from section 280-35 (A)(4)(a) relating to side yard setback. Applicant also seeks a special exception from section 280-101 (A)(2) of the Code since the non-conforming use of the buildings is being enlarged by 435 square feet, or a variance from Section 280-34. On the agenda: APPEAL #2860 The Applicant, Paul Mastropieri and Rite Aid of Pennsylvania Inc., property located at 237-245 East Lancaster Avenue, and is zoned WBOD. The Applicant seeks determinations or interpretations by the Board that: 1) the proposed Rite Aid building to be located at the build to line along North Aberdeen Avenue; and 2) architectural offsets are not required on the west side of the proposed building (along Kromers Road) or on the north side of the proposed building (facing the Township's public works building).
