7 1/2% return is  the expected rate of return. very aggressive, in my view and one of the Commissioners seems to think so.

At 76%, this means the Radnor taxpayer has to fund on pay go basis and this pulls money out of the community. It appears the unfunded ratio is declining to low 62 to 65%. This is not going the right way.
